Going Green in the Auto Industry

Is living green important to you?
Whether you are taking small steps toward a greener life, or completely immersed in the lifestyle, the word “green” means something different to everybody. Riding bike instead of driving is one green option, and others would argue so is buying an electric car. Whatever “green” choices you make, it’s a good thing. At the TireZoo, customers’ old tires get recycled.
It wasn’t so long ago that people commonly dumped oil behind the shed and threw tires into the landfill. Times sure are changing!
2011 was a year of innovations, technology, and new ideas. The Green Car Reports published a year end story, “Top Five Green Car Stories of 2011” in case you are interested and still waiting for your Aptera 2e.
Be sure to check out our past blog posts on new uses for old tires; another way to be more green.
We wish you a very Happy New Year and look forward to serving you in 2012!
